Motor drive

Hi Can you build.motor drive for my wheelchair not use power wheelchair. My standard wheelchair? I live in Draper, Utah
I am hard of hearing (DEAF) Male, 59 y.o. I am good shape. Was rear end power drive but not very good, many problem with this motor. I waiting for years to find match my need.
